At Resilient Roots, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we do not charge cancellation fees, we kindly ask for your consideration and adherence to the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Notice
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do so via email, phone, or our booking system.

  • For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or text Sam at: 0400 598 250.

  • The more notice you provide, the easier it is for us to offer your appointment time to another client.

 

2. Rescheduling
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and we do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable alternative.
